- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Each project is different, but we do have set pricing. Such as, painting is priced per square foot, pricing for painting doors and trim are a set price, etc. We also think of ways to help the customer save money by giving suggestions and alternate ideas that perhaps the customer has not thought of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer to set up a time to view their project. Figure out customer time frame and scope of work. Send the customer an estimate in a timely manner. Once hired, we schedule a day and time to start the project. We cover/protect all furniture and floors at the start of work and clean up at the end of each day. Once the project is completed. We will hand deliver or send the customer an invoice via email for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35 years of experience in all facets of construction. The customers that we are working with, ultimately become our friends. They know that they can trust us to be inside their homes, around their family and they refer us to their friends and family.
