Since the inception of my awakening there have been several distinct light posts along my path that have exponentially guided my course for the better at a time that I had been stagnant or stuck. One of these wayshowers was a hypnosis session from Deborah. She is a beautiful, generous soul and her method of hypnosis was so incredibly helpful, it allowed me to contact and communicate with my soul directly and receive higher guidance and bask in the peace of being in that space. Although many other methods I've learned over the years were helpful in preparing me to pick up this particular technique up with ease, trust my soul dialogue authenticity, and to be able to continue to use this on my own whenever needed (which is my favorite aspect).. it wasn't until this particular hypnosis that literally has changed my life in ways I can't even quantify, I can't express enough gratitude and thanks. Highly recommend!Jan 23, 2016

Each session includes: One (1) individual session lasting 30-60 minutes. One (1) post-session email followup. One (1) self-hypnosis mp3 downloadable audio. Keep in mind that I spend 2-3 hours preparing and doing post-session record-keeping, in addition to the time spent in the actual hypnosis session. I mention this because I assume most clients are like me, and when I see what looks like such a high fee, my automatic response is What! $125 an hour! Wish I could be making that! But there is much more that goes into a session than the actual session itself. Hypnosis session details uppervalleyhypnosis.com/wordpress1/hypnosis-sessions/
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Hypo-Coaching Hypno-Coaching combines the goal-oriented focus of life coaching with the power of hypnosis its life coaching on steroids. A life coach, like a sports coach, helps you develop goals aligned with your lifes purpose and if youre not sure what that is, a life coach can help you figure it out. Your life coach will help you create an action plan of small, manageable steps to move you toward your goal, dates to accomplish each step, keep you accountable and moving forward towards your goals, boost your motivation to succeed and be your own personal cheerleader. _______________________________________________ What Happens in a Hypnosis Session? You will be asked to sit in a comfortable chair and after checking that you are ready I will then begin an induction. The induction is a form of words designed to lead you into a relaxing and comfortable trance. If you are nervous, then I will demonstrate your hypnotic abilities by taking you briefly into trance and out again so that you experience it firsthand. That way you get to understand the amazing power of hypnosis. Although you are deeply relaxed you are actively involved in the process at every stage. In hypnotherapy you are not a passive observer, you are always aware of what is going on and following what I am saying, and actively working with me. I might ask you at various points to open your eyes, to move a hand or to speak to me. These tasks are all designed to let me know how you are progressing, and to let you know that things are going smoothly. You will not go to sleep. I will make sure that you do not get so relaxed that you go to sleep - I need you to be able to communicate with me all the time. Once you have reached the level of trance that's right for you, I will begin the process of helping you to make the changes you want. I will usually start by gently taking you to a place where you can feel safe, warm and content. From there I will possibly take you on a guided journey where you overcome obstacles, meet wise leaders, or interact with people you used to know. The exact content depends on what you are wanting to achieve. I will also usually mix in a lot of suggestions about your own capabilities, assumptions, perceptions and behavior. I will also usually invite you to some future situation where you will act with complete confidence with your new found abilities. At the end of the session I will guide you out of trance again. You will come out of trance feeling refreshed and alert. Most people feel as if they have just wakened from a long nap, and feel really relaxed. Most people find the whole experience very enjoyable. Sometimes you will have to return for another session if what you want changed cannot all be done in one day but you can expect to get a major change after the first session.
