- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we try and have standard pricing but there are occasions where we need to charge differently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make contact and open a discussion. It is important to have the customers expectations clearly understood. I always ask for pictures if they are available. Typically from that point we schedule a meeting to discuss further or to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
bachelor's in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. 5 plus years industy experience in moving, junk removal and property preservation.
