Not having much experience with UAV/Drone operators our first attempt failed miserably so we were very gun shy about seeking out a “qualified” operator within our budget. Mark was great to work with. His was the first bid to come through and responded promptly and patiently to all my questions. My team is very particular and he met every hurdle.
