Did a great job. They were early and called/texted scheduling change to make sure that I was available. Always responded to text and calls. Quality was very good and the tech was there for about 45 min and done. I had a bit of a sticker shock at $270 for loose neutrals in a closet and bathroom. (lights and outlets off, hot wires) The work was fed into a computer that bases the charge on work that is done not time and skill required. Quality was good, but price was high.Apr 20, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We give up front pricing. We currently give discounts on Labor Day, Independence Day and to Veterans on Veterans Day. We also offer financing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After receiving the customers phone call, we schedule an appointment (a good time for the customer) then we will assess the problem and proceed to solve whatever electrical issue our client is having.
