- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key for a successful event or project. For Performance: After initial contact, I send any samples a customer would like to hear. If feasible, I am willing to meet for consultations. These would typically entail playing a few tunes and getting to know the customer. For Production: After initial contact, scheduling a free consultation for the customer to view the studio space. From there I would schedule our first session at the customer's convenience.
