- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is in line with the home and office cleaning industry. This means that we provide custom pricing based on factors such as size of cleaning area, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas; frequency of service, and added options such as interior window cleaning and kitchen appliance cleaning if the customer makes such requests. What differentiates us from many of our competitors is that we always guarantee a price before beginning a cleaning; we supply all cleaning materials (customers may provide preferred cleaning supplies if they choose); and most importantly, we have an eco-centric business model which puts people and planet before profits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over ten years of experience working in home and office cleaning. In addition, our company leadership has extensive background in the environmental field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began cleaning homes as a part time job around 10 years ago, which turned into a full-time job, and have been working in similar positions ever since. Recently, I decided that to offer the type of "people-first" approach that I do, I needed to start my own company.
