- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is by 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet and talk about why you want to get started into a fitness program. From their we go though some exercise's to see how you move and figure out what we need to work on to make you feel better and move better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology as a Fitness Specialist from West Chester University. I am certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist though the National Strength and Conditioning Association and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer though the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
