- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have some of the best pricing for aftermarket and our premium parts are extremely hard to get a hold of so they’re more of the expensive side.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we let you know the price and you choose a time and a date for us to come out to your work or home to Your cell phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained over 100 people and have a large YouTube channel that teaches people how to fix cell phones. I am the teacher I do not need training as I can be self taught as new products come out.
