- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Training can be purchased in blocks of 25, 50, or 75 30-minute sessions. A block of 25 sessions is $30 per session for individual training or $25 per person, per session, for small group training. A block of 50 sessions is $25 per session for individual training or $20 per person, per session, for small group training. A block of 75 sessions is $20 per session for individual training or $15 per person, person session, for small group training. A $99 assessment fee for an intial assessment will be applied as a credit towards the cost of the training package you purchase. Personal training clients also have access to all seminars and boot camps hosted by 360 Self Defense and Fitness at no additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When we meet for your assessment we will work with you through some basic movements, discuss past and current medical issues, as well as nutrition and your personal goals. After your assessment session we will schedule your training days and times and start putting together a training plan that will help you achieve your goals.
