- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is average. Work quality is high. I will often add on extras at the end of a job to make the client happy and make my work stand out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting comfortable on a personal level is important. Getting to know each other a little so that the customer feels comfortable with me in or around their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lead paint remediation certification. My current job has taught me how to remediate fire,water, and mold damage as well.
