- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is tough to give a standard price as there are variables to account for. How far will we have to travel? What day of the week? How long will our services be needed? When we do give a quote/price, it is all inclusive. We do not charge extra for travel, set up/take down, etc... EVERYTHING is included in the price. Our goal is to keep our prices below all other local competitors, if you find a cheaper rate we will usually price match.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in open communication but at the same time, do not want to pester the clients. We offer both our email and cell phone numbers and will respond quickly to any question or concern. We do not forget that we work for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education and training comes through experience. The more of these we do the better we get. The personality and attitude we share comes through our work as teachers. We deal daily with both young people and their parents. Our job is to serve and help others and we have carried that over into our DJ business.
