- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We utilize a system that ensures that we offer consistent, fair prices, but we do not have standard prices. Our proposals are developed using state of the art estimating software, which takes into account thousands of data points gathered from the hundreds of jobs and proposals we produce each year. During our consultation, you will see us utilizing laser measuring tools and a camera to capture the details of your project. We don't believe in "ball park" estimating, which results in some proposals being "thin" and others "fat" in the hope that on average we get it right. Our aim is to produce a fair, well thought out proposal for each of our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with our customers face-to-face during a free, no-obligation consultation to explain our processes, conduct a thorough evaluation of the project and, in most cases, provide a written proposal on-site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire team - sales, office, and production - works very closely with our vendors to stay on top of the latest products and application methods. We are also OSHA and EPA Lead Certified.
