Introduction: I recently graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Kinesiology degree. I have been educated with up to date research and have a well rounded knowledge of the fitness field. You will never have to do anything that does not feel comfortable for you and I will do my best to find an alternative. I will make you a workout plan and ask that you follow it. You do it on your own but I will continue to make plans! Although this is a cheaper option, it requires you to have to do more work and really push on your own. I have a bleeding disorder called Hemophillia and it has caused me to be adopted. My whole life is revolved around this bleeding disorder that I've been gifted. Growing up, I received a lot of help from people that have changed the way I live. One of my goals as a trainer is to show the client that they can overcome obstacles no matter how far away you may seem from your goal.
