Introduction: InterActive Home has been blending LifeStyles with Technology since 1999. When you're tired of dealing with under-qualified custom electronics "experts", whether Retail or "Custom", give us the opportunity to show you the quality and attention to detail you and your hard-earned dollars deserve. Most clients are unfortunately accustomed to a MESS of VISIBLE cabling, nothing labeled, everything either too long or too short. Some things work OK. Some things never have, but they've never done anything about it....... TV's are crooked, speakers are installed off-center, etc... WE know HOW to use tape measures and levels - and we USE them. ;-) WE are meticulous. Your installation site will be cleaner, better organized, and often easier on the eyes when we are finished than when we started. We don't leave OUR trash in YOUR can. IF you should have an issue - we WILL be in touch, and usually the SAME DAY. Our BEST showroom is YOUR living room. Why should it be ANY other way? We LOVE doing things others refuse to do or say can't be done. We LOVE handing you the "keys" and seeing your reaction. We LOVE that our business has referral chains that are 6-8 links deep (and growing). Are you the next link? Technology is challenging - and ever changing. Have used InterActive Home for over three years in two different houses. They built systems in both houses, including the network, TVs, speakers, complete sound systems, remote controls, racks etc. We have been very happy with their work and follow up service is great.

Troy Stepp, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. He is very meticulous in giving you what you want in an entertainment system for your home. He is very thorough, making sure everything works the way its suppose to and that you understand how to operate it all. Ladies, if you are frustrated with having multiple remotes to get your entertainment system to do what you want it to do, Troy can give you ONE remote that does it ALL!! Not only does our entertainment system work beautifully, but it looks great too. Highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a turn-key Custom Electronics Systems Contractor - and provide not only consultation, design, and installation - but also full system (equipment) sales and service (on both our installations, and those originally performed by others). Our services rates range in price from $110- 285 per hour - depending on the task and scope.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Much of the initial information we need can be collected in a phone conversation. In cases where we really need to see the environment (50/50), digital photos help quite a bit. Otherwise, we will need to come see you! Depending on the distance, we offer an hour of our time at no charge in order to ensure that we can truly help you fully with your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 Years of Hands-on experience with everything from Vintage 2-Channel Tube Equipment to Centrally Distributed 4K AV Systems and the latest in Automation technologies for your connected lifestyle.
