- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates, multi services discount. The more services you do in 1 day, The more you save. I charge per the job and if you need a hourly rate. This is available also. My rate stay very competitive with the market. I offer discounts to seniors, law enforcement, military, teachers, service industry and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple, we speak on the phone or text message. I understand the customer needs. We set a free estimate either through pics sent email, video chat on phone, or in person. I send a estimate using a online electronic app. The work is complete and upon request I send electronic receipt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2008 I have been a career facilities maintenance manager. Working residential, apartment communities, commercial real estate, retail, office buildings and more. I am proffessionally classroom trained, certified, licensed in multiple areas of repair. I currently hold a certificate amd license in appliance repair and installations.
