- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on size and scope of repair or construction. We will often submit a general price range if the customer submits adequate details pertaining to the work to be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact we like to arrange a convenient time to meet with the prospective customer. We believe this is the best way to assess the customer's needs and better understand their vision of the finished product. We then email a formal estimate. If we are chosen to perform the project a start date will be scheduled for work to begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pioneer Masonry Board Certified. 25 years experience in both residential and commercial masonry. I am also certified in chimney liner / stove installation.
