Very Friendly, and work extremely hard, I overall was very pleased with their service. They are an up and coming company, so they have room to improve as far as equipment to assist them in making the moves easier and more efficient for the workers. (example: Truck, straps, padding) There were no types of contracts, so if something goes wrong it could be concerning. (example: scratches, dents, breaks) I would consider them to be more of an amateur type movers business, than professional. I feel they are capable, and do work well for a small home type move. I also think they will improve as they gain more experience, equipment, and improve on the professional aspect of running a business. I would use them again, if I needed movers, and the price was definitely pleasing, especially for the great positive service I received.

Movers arrived 40 minutes late. They were very rough with my furniture. Lots of banging around. They did not wrap my couches or properly remove the cushions, so one couch had two seat cushion attachments completely torn off, irreparable. I have several pieces of handmade, irreplaceable furniture and they didn't wrap it before moving it into the truck. Wooden bed frames places together with nothing in between and one slid down the wall in the new house. The last piece of furniture, that they forgot to load into the truck until I said something, got tossed on top of everything else. They drove 70-80mph down a 55mph road, with my furniture. There's a big scrape on a door frame where they tried to shove my desk through, until I suggested and provided my own tools to take the door off the hinges, which they did not replace. They didn't take note of the chandelier in the foyer and grazed it with a mattress. The same mattress crashed into a sconce on the wall going up the stairs. I don't know how it didn't fall off, but it's cracked. I wish I had taken before and after photos. I guess that's what you get for hiring inexpensive.

Wow, what a world we live in? Katherine God is watching us all. I provided 43 pieces of moving blankets which were all used at no cost. Every dresser, table or chair were blanketed and shrink wrapped. Yes I admit we came 40 minutes later but I called and communicated with you. This job puts food on my family's table and I do it with care. I don't really know why you will aappreciate and even tip us then come back with this review? God Is in control of whatever we do and no human can kill our dreams. Be Blessed.
