Introduction: I provide personalized, professional editing and career coaching services drawing on my experience as a business writing instructor, a recruiter and a corporate manager. I use the process of resume building as a framework for exploring professional growth. The process of editing or writing is process of making concrete decisions. I love watching the editing process help people understand the patterns of their communication and the choices they've made in their career path. Thinking about big picture goals and accomplishments is often overwhelming. Writing and editing is a simple place to start making choices and exploring priorities.

I'd used the same resume format for years and felt it lackluster. I was short on time and needed a clear direction on how to update it. I contacted Rachel for help knowing her vast wordsmith experience. Rachel and I had a conversation about my past experiences and how to showcase my skills which lead to a better understanding of how to improve my resume. I would recommend getting in touch with her to help with career and resume building counsel.
