- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general there is a standard pricing system but that is always negotiable based on a customer's exact needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the very first thing I'll do is ask the questions needed to know exactly what the customer's needs are. Then I'll fine tune a quote based specifically on what the customer wants. I want my customers to know they are receiving the services they require so at the end of the job they can feel completely satisfied with all the work performed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in this field for about 15 years. I have worked in many different types of cleaning environments from commercial to retail and residential. One day I asked myself where I was going in life with this skillset and decided that opening my own business was the way to go!
