FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My initial quote is always just a very rough guesstimate. Until I can talk to the customer and communicate further and get more into detail it is really hard to put a price on any job. That's why I always leave the option of them calling me anytime to discuss further in detail

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

communication and promptness. I always follow through

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

always feel comfortable with who you hire. use your gut feeling. if you are not comfortable then prices are irrelevant. keep searching and you will find someone that you are comfortable with. never jump in with the first one. they might be the right fit but always look at other venues before making a decision
