Outstanding communication and responsiveness during the entire process. Responded to my initial request within hours and was able to complete the work within days. Did a fantastic job with both my carpets and kitchen tile. Made them both look new again. Highly recommend for both service and cost. Will for sure use him again.

Recently I reached out to several carpet cleaning companies, and PureClean was the first, and only one, to respond. From the get-go I had a good feeling about this guy. We live out in the country and getting service for just about any need has been difficult over the years, to say the least. But PureClean was eager to help us out with our carpet issues. He (Aidin) arrived on-time, and first off I have to say I was taken aback when he spoke. All of our correspondence had been over the computer, so this was the first time I'd heard his voice. I won't give away the extra little perk you get if you hire him, but let's just say it's a "nice surprise"! (and his picture on Thumbtack doesn't do him justice either, I might add) But the important point I want to make is that he's a hardworking family man with a work ethic that's a "breath of fresh air" around here! He does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. And he gives it his all! Ü We had a nasty smelling carpet that a dog we'd adopted from a Rescue group had soiled repeatedly for months. Aidin spent HOURS working on it! He explained the process and what we could expect in the days following the cleaning. And he even offered to return, free of charge, to go over it again if need be. He was professional, polite, friendly, thorough, and didn't leave any messes behind. As it turned out, the extent of the pet urine in the carpet and padding "did" require another scrubbing, to which Aidin responded immediately, and even returned with additional new equipment he'd purchased to help with this exceptionally foul carpet! THAT was an extra step that showed me his dedication to the work he does! And it paid off because that carpet is not only clean looking now, but clean smelling as well! (and believe me, it smelled BAD before) He spent several hours working on it again (at no additional cost) and that took care of the problem! I'm SO happy with that room now! Ü The next time I need my carpet cleaned, I definitely won't hesitate to call this company again! Aidin really cares about the quality of his work, and is most definitely concerned with making sure the customer is happy with the outcome! And another thing I might mention is that he's really excellent about keeping in touch throughout the process. I knew when he was leaving Lexington, when he'd arrive, etc. I appreciated that extra touch. P.S. A couple weeks after this cleaning, I came across a receipt for a carpet I'd had cleaned ten years ago by a company closer to where I live......same size room, same type problem. Seeing what I paid back then made me realize all the more what a fair price PureClean charged me! And that cleaning 10 yrs ago wasn't anywhere near as involved as this one. (didn't take more than an hour or so, and no return visit) So, THANK YOU PureClean (Aidin) for being the honest, hardworking, RELIABLE company you are. We need more reputable companies like you around here! You're the best and I'm thankful we found you! Sincerely, Kathleen B.

Very professional, hardworking, and courteous young man. He arrived on time and worked very hard to clean and remove spots that I did not think could be removed. Will definitely use this service again and hope you will also. It is so nice to have clean carpets. The price was very reasonable.

I give Aiden five stars! He cleaned all my windows and all carpeting perfectly, was polite and professional. The only thing I can say however is that he did not have a tall ladder for my second story in the back of my house so we had to borrow one from a neighbor.

Generally the pricing comes down the more areas there are to clean but we are flexible with pricing and will always give you a fair deal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give me a call and we can work out an estimate. Generally we then set a date and time and get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I know all about the machinery having sold them and done many live demos etc. I have also received training from experienced persons who have retired from the carpet cleaning industry.
