Completely useless company! Don’t waste your time! I hired ProInteriors to clean my apartment because I was expecting out-of-town guests and I recently had surgery so I wasn’t able to clean it myself. I chose them because their quote was the cheapest by about $10, but choosing ProInteriors was a big mistake. We scheduled the appointment for a Tuesday and they said they would be here about 11am or noon. As of 1pm, no one had shown up, so I called to see if they had gotten lost or were just running late. I spoke with the owner and she said she tried contacting her employee but wasn’t able to get in touch with her to find out what was going on. The owner asked if we could reschedule, and she said she would even come do the job herself. I agreed to reschedule for Friday at 9am and also confirmed the new date and time just before. On Friday morning at 10am, an hour after she was supposed to be here, I called and even sent a text message to see if she had gotten lost or was running late or was stuck in traffic - all things I could understand and was willing to forgive; I just wanted a clean apartment, and I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. Shame on me for trying to be so understanding because SHE NEVER SHOWED UP! THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS A NO CALL NO SHOW! She didn’t even answer the phone when I called. I left voicemails and sent text messages, but I NEVER even got a response. After a couple hours, I could only assume she didn’t want the job and somehow decided it was appropriate for a business to “ghost” a customer rather than just turn down the job. If she just would’ve told me she didn’t want the booking, I could’ve easily hired someone else. But because she led me to believe she would do the job and we had rescheduled for that Friday, it was too late to get another cleaning company here before my out-of-town guests arrived the next day. Any company who’s owner would conduct business this way is absolutely useless! Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother with ProInteriors!Aug 7, 2018Verified
