Can’t say enough great things about Brandon! He’s the consummate tile and grout professional and just an all-around nice guy. He’s very transparent, doesn’t try to oversell his services and shows up to work when he says he will- which has been hard to find post-COVID. Brandon is responsive and reliable. He used digital assessment to conduct the assessment over the phone. On the day of work, Brandon arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. When the grout dried, there were a couple of spots that settled more than expected and Brandon returned to correct is issue without a fuss or additional charges. I’ve already referred him to a friend and I recommend him to anyone.
