Kurt from Mr. Appliance was on time, called ahead to let me know when he would be there, and worked quickly. He was able to diagnose the problem within the first few minutes of being there and gave us honest advice. While he said he could spend the time and we could spend the money to fix our current machine he advised a new machine and offered names of locally owned stores and recommendations. Based off of the level of customer service from our repair man in a quick, accurate, and honest feedback we will be using this company again
