For the contractor: do you refelt the whole roof? What type of pipe flashings do you use and how long do they last?(Lead pipe flashings should be used). Will you reflash the chimney? Do I need "Ice and Water Shield, ridge vents, or drip edge? What type of labor warranty do you provide? How long will it take? Do you have a license?
