- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have some general pricing structures but we need to discuss our customers needs and then work up a proposal based on the amount of time and resources it will take to accomplish the goals our customers are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a phone conversation where we will ask a series of detailed questions about what our customers needs are. We desire to see if we are a good overall fit to work together and provide the solutions our customers are looking for. If this seems like a great fit then we will put together a written proposal tailored to that customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Joshua Christensen, Founder & CEO, brings an extensive background as a Regional Franchise Owner and Marketing Professional. He has been recognized with top franchise awards in marketing and with numerous top franchise achievement awards in a nationally recognized franchise system. Joshua is a visionary leader and has contributed designs, systems direction, sales, and technical direction that has been utilized and implemented within the $50 million dollar Sears Franchise network. His favorite part about running a regional franchise business is that he was able to utilize the Michael Gerbers E-Myth methodology. Learning the systems and processes to achieve this freed his time up tremendously. This allowed him to work only part time while building his business. With the extra time he went on to start three other businesss online including E-Commerce sites.
