We have been using SSB Global Management for years now for our home health care business. We started with them right from the beginning when we first stated the company. They created a great website for us! Being in health care it was very important to have a HIPAA compliant website and not only did they fully understand the need for this but they also had developers on staff that had made health care websites before and were fully veresed in the law. They continue to provide excellent support and I would highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive. What we quote is what we charge and we never nickle and dime our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have an initial consultation to see what the client is looking for and their goals. After speaking with them about this we craft a formal proposal and send it over to the client for approval. Once approved we get started on the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a company that is full of MBA's for our consulting work to highly trained web designers. We only hire and work with the best of the best and that shows in the work we provide.
