Kirstyn of Weber Events was a dream come true. We had heard enough photographer horror stories in the past to be pretty nervous to hire one for our own wedding, but Kirstyn put all our fears to rest from the start. She sent us sample pictures of ideas well before the event to get a feel for what we wanted in our album and she worked hard to get as much information from us about our thoughts and desires. Weber Events is more of a photographic concierge service than a photography company. Everything we discussed as far as picture ideas, Kirstyn delivered in stunning quality. We will be able to share our BEAUTIFUL photos with our families for years and years to come. Each photo makes it feel like the wedding was only yesterday. We cannot say enough good things about Kirstyn and of Weber Events. We will always be thankful to them for the great job they did on our big day.

Working with Kirstyn from Weber Events for my wedding was amazing! I gave her an idea of what I wanted for my center pieces and she made my vision come alive! Not to mention she hand made them AND drove them to Michigan to deliver them!! She had amazing advice from order of events for the day with timing to great songs to use for the wedding! I would highly recommend her services for any event to everyone!!

Kirstyn coordinated & planned my twin's Chistening party. Everything was stunning and the day went so smoothly I had was able to relax an enjoy my guests! She is truely remarkable at what she does and a complete professional! We would recommend her to anyone!

Kirstyn is the best wedding planner around. Period. She is super organized, helpful and supportive. She is really creative and hard working and when she is in charge there is no need to worry about a thing!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Weber Events offers three planning and coordination packages. - Full Service Planning begins at $4,000 - Partial Planning Coordination begins at $2,500 - Month-of Coordination begins at $1,500 - Event Management begins at $1,000 Each package offers different levels of task that the planner will be responsible for completing for the client. Not every couple or event are the same, so we like to work with each client to build the right package for their needs. We also offer a la carte options, beginning at $50/hour, including DIY decorations, invitation and RSVP management and wedding related errands.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our process for working with a new client is simple. We like to set up a phone call or in-person meeting to get to know the client, the clients vision and needs for the event. After that initial meeting, we find the package and price that fits their needs and we send them a contract. Once the contract is completed, we begin the steps to designing the perfect event for our new client. There is nothing more important to us than making sure that our clients special day is perfect!
