FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some things are more basic so it can be easily priced. Some things require more time and resources. We want to create a relationship and that happens by understanding and working with our customers and their budget and expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to talk. We need to understand the project and the expectations. We need to also understand what on your wish list. Then we need to talk budget to get a realistic view of what can actually be done. From that point we will submit a proposal to the customer with a clear understanding of timelines, expectations and cost. We start the project with initial deposit. Then we will submit drafts. Tweak the drafts according to customers request. Submit revisions till satisfied. Then deliver final product upon approval. We take a customers first approach. We want you to be happy.
