- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers do not pay anything to the agent to purchase Real Estate. Sellers pay up to 6% for the sale of their residential property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client calls to sell or buy a home, I try to first seek to understand their needs, then based on our schedule, we set an appointment to meet to go over more intricate details of the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Business, currently obtaining my Masters Degree in Business. I have 17 years of Real Estate experience in the Metro Atlanta area, 25 years extensive customer service and administrative training and experience, I have a total of 225 continuing education credits over a 17 year span. I am REO, foreclosure, new home sales, HUD, and virtually certified.
