- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide an entry survey to assess the needs of each individual customer. I want to get to know them a little, find out why they need my help and what their goals are from the project and working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of Science in Journalism and have spent years learning the trade. I am well-versed in many different writing styles as well as design, photography, social media marketing and copy-editing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I dreamed of being a writer since the age of 7. Over the years that changed and developed into my love for communication and the written word. I am passionate about writing, editing, words and literacy. I love to use my skills to help individuals and businesses be more successful and reach their goals.
