Im sorry, i had personal family issues with my elderly dad. How dare you think your three can lights and two dimmers are more important than my families health. Im completely and utterly appalled at this review, and i most certainly did communicate this too you. Im sorry you feel like your entitled too.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Im not trying to get rich off my customers, im just trying to get my name out there!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first thing I like to do is meet with the customer to ensure we have a clear understanding of the scope of work the customer would like completed to ensure accuracy of the bid and to ensure I am not overcharging for services requested. After careful preplanning and coordination with the customer, we will set up a time line for services to be completed. I like to make sure the timeline and work hours are acceptable with the customer. I really want the customer to be comfortable during the process. We all know electrical issues generally arise when we least expect it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 27 years experience in the electrical trade. I have a current and valid State Journeyman Certification and I have a current and valid C10 electrical license
