- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Need a weekly cleaning? There’s a discount waiting for you! Also, with a frequently scheduled cleaning we cover all areas of the home from top to bottom... All for the price of a standard clean!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is completing a walk-through of the home. We will talk about all expectations to ensure we get off to a great start! I later follow up with a quote, schedule a first cleaning, and come up with a schedule that works for everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some might say I was born to clean! At the age of 8 I was pushing a vacuum around to contribute to my family's business and continued to clean residential and rental properties through the years. I take pride in a job well done and enjoy caring for other properties in the same way I care for my home. When the company started in 2013 I educated myself on the importance of green cleaning and researched the best products and equipment to achieve our goals. I believe there is no such thing as "cleaning good." It's either clean.. Or it's not! 🍃
