Chef Cindy Trejo catered my son's graduation party for nearly 200 people. We had street tacos, nachos, homemade salsa and fruit salad. We received rave reviews from our guests! The only drawback to the catering job was that we ran out of tortillas (Chef Cindy brought 400 tortillas!). I highly recommend Chef Cindy Trejo
