- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality of work I do. I don't usually offer discounts but occasionally I will match prices to other videographers of my caliber. I do charge $25 a day late fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After talking with a customer and finding out what exactly they want I will send them a contract for both of us to fill out. I also require a 50% downpayment with that contract. Once that is done I am booked and will be there at the wedding. I usually do all of that online, but if requested I am more than happy to meet in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in Digital Cinema. I have been filming since I was in high school and have been filming weddings since 2015. I was an intern for a film company in High School, and I now work as an editor for a company in Provo.
