- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a price guide that we use to measure the amount of service or treatment a particular problem would require. We offer several options and do this knowing that every situation is different from the next. Pricing is based on a combination of the service that's recommended by our company and what the customer would like to have performed at their home or business. It can also take into consideration the size of the property and the severity of the situation. We offer a free initial visit to properly assess the circumstances and give you a fair price, while still achieving the results you desire. We also offer phone consultation to save time in your search for a pest professional. This allows us to answer any immediate questions/concerns you may have or give you advice that's useful during this process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I think it's important to relay a sense of awareness to their current situation. For example, someone fighting bed bugs has not been getting proper rest and their stress level may be higher. The need to be empathetic and understanding of this is crucial to gaining the confidence of a potential client. Being thorough in your inspection and listening are key to being fully aware of the situation and putting together a proper treatment plan. Second, understand the components involved in the job and be ready to adjust to things like health issues, children, pets and also, location of the property to be treated. Every home is different, so we cannot take the same plan into each situation. We call our approach "custom service" instead of customer service. Lastly, get results at a fair price!!! This is self explanatory. The most important element to a client is getting results without an unfair financial burden.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We certify every year in multiple categories and continue to add certifications to our credentials. We also have decades worth of experience under our belts in all facets of pest control! In this business you have to continuously further your education because things are always changing. From laws and regulations, all the way to products and procedures, we must keep our finger on the pulse of this industry or be left in its wake.. and that's something we will never allow to happen!
