FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically everything is based on a square foot price. However, there are many different variables that can effect the price. That's why its important to see it in person as it gives me a clearer picture of what I am dealing with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well generally we would speak over the phone at first , then the client would give me more of an idea of what needs to be done. From there I take all of the information, then I come out in person to see the floors that needs to be refinished my self. This gives me a clear picture of what needs to be done. After taking measurements of the floors, i am able to give a exact quote on the work needed to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well...... Hardwood flooring is considered a skilled/ unskilled trade. Unskilled because you don't need a degree. Although i have a two year degree it isn't considered necessary. Skilled because it takes years to learn the Hardwood flooring trade.
