FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer both flat rates and hourly fees. Clients who purchase packages receive a 10% discount. Hours and fees are determined by the client and organizer. Pricing includes organizing, coaching, shopping time, design work and basic haul away service. Additional fees such as products and outside contractors are the responsibility of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule an Initial Consultation. This is a 2-hour in-home visit and assessment of the perceived problem area. I measure closets if needed, assess spacial challenges, recommend future project and gather information such as budget, timeline and project goals. I take all of that information and compile a project estimate. The Estimate may include: closet designs, product recommendations and pricing and a time line estimate. We schedule a phone consultation to cover the estimate and schedule a time to begin working! *If the client is a DIY client, they can also purchase a DIY plan to receive email, text or phone support throughout project completion*
