- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always respectable and adjusted to make sure you received the most value for you price. You will never be over charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet. Create the presentation atmosphere through communication. Discuss any unique add on that may make the presentation that much better. Lastly discuss price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an advanced toastmaster from club Alpha 289. I have also received intensive training from Atlanta Public Speaking.
