- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our projects are typically a 2-3 month timeline split into monthly payments dependent upon the exact program. Our signature service, The Brand Purpose Project, creates confidence for our clients in a clearly defined brand, deeper sense of purpose and winning strategy. At the end of our program, you’ll experience an engaged energy between your brand and your customers, propelling your business in its goals and growth. We also have a slimmer version of this program called Be My Brand for entrepreneurs more in the beginning stages of their business. This program takes about a month, and final deliverables are customized to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start together, we'll have a team on boarding meeting so that we are all on the same page and we set up the project for success. You'll have access to a master doc that includes handy links to everything relevant to the project so you always know what's going on. Then, our approach is different compared to many traditional branding + marketing firms. We offer a collaborative method to branding to empower our clients. Many times, when working with a marketing firm, you might have a couple interviews and then the marketing firm disappears and comes back in a few weeks to present what they believe is your best brand. Instead, in the Brand Purpose Project we work hand-in-hand with you throughout the entire three months to develop your brand together. We have ongoing conversations as we create your brand messaging. We use a "green light" process to move through the phases, knowing that at the end we'll come back and polish everything to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is highly skilled in creative processes, from writing to design. This includes a journalism degree, MBA in digital marketing and more than 10 years combined experience in creative marketing services.
