Introduction: I have over 8+ years experience in the mortgage industry, from investing to servicing. We provide our customers with comprehensive easy to read detailed reporting that includes photos and CD- Rom or jump drive of all the photos within 24 hours of a completed inspection. If you decided to attend the inspection i'll keep you informed of any major finding as well as provide you with "Tamill's Top 5" findings (as applicable) at the end of the inspection. When buying a home it's an all consuming process, making sure all paperwork is correct and all the finances are in line. It's easy to overlook what's not working in the house correctly. That is when I needed a professional to inspect the house for my peace of mind. Acker Home Inspections allowed me to not be concerned about knowing the exact condition of the house. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Inspection fees are determined by the square footage of the property and scope of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always conduct a phone consultation with all new clients to explain the structures and systems that I will be testing during the inspection process and the reporting delivery process. Then we discuss whats the best time and date to conduct the inspection and agree on the price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Champions School of Real Estate and completed over 390 hours of course material and received my Professional Inspectors license from the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
