- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, our normal diagnostic fee is $80/$100 depending on the brand of the appliance and we apply that to the total amount of the repair. We have senior, first responders and active military discounts, for those that qualify. We also have Preventive Maintenance Packages that save you upfront money and money throughout the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate with the client as to their issue to determine: 1) if it's beneficial to the client to have the unit looked at. 2) If so, can we bring the part or parts that may repair the unit on the first trip. 3) schedule an appointment with extreme effort to accommodate clients scheduling needs and utilizing a state of the art software to communicate, update, remind clients of upcoming appointments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has a combined 50+ years in the industry, with ongoing efforts in continuing education to keep all technicians up to date with current changes. Additionally, we subscribe to several back-end resources to assist our technicians in repairing the appliance correctly as we follow manufacture recommendations.
