Megan responded to me very quickly, and she helped me with organizing the very next day. She did help me with de-clutterring and organizing kitchen. She was with me for about 5 hrs. She asked the right questions to help me decide if to keep, and where to place. The big one I wasn't happy is about how much more I ended up paying, from what I thought. I wasn't aware of one's typically charges. If I had heard it properly, for sure I wouldn't have gone for that long or at least let her wipe some of my stuff in the process of de-clutterring and organizing. So, I would recommend to please confirm the charges before you start working, so you know and make productive use of your paid services....

I'm so sorry that you didn't understand the hourly rate as it was quoted to you, and that my service turned out to not be in your budget. If it helps, I can assure you that the rate you were charged is the same that I quote and charge to all of my clients. It is also competitive with other Professional Organizers in your service area, and on par with NAPO, the National Association of Professional Organizers. Megan was terrific! She listened to us as we described what did and did not work for us in the past as we tried different organizing approaches. She worked super hard and efficiently while here. I want to have her help me with tune ups- probably for the rest of my life!!!
