- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the complexity of your return, but my fees are reasonable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training and I am listed on the IRS directory under AFSP. I have taking the training to represent my clients before the IRS if need be.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I got my taxes prepared by a big company in 1997. I know that they were overcharging the small people. I contact the IRS and ordered all of the books and started doing them on hand.
