When I tell you that I COULD NOT have changed my body in just 7 weeks without @trainercortneyvance, I absolutely mean it. He comes prepared, he pushes me, he modifies certain aspects of the workout, and most of all he pays attention to what I need in the moment and is right there to fulfill that need. Motivation. A steady hand. A push. A different weight. Adjust my form. WHATEVER. He’s there and on my team. If you have been thinking about training, TRUST ME, reach out to him. I have gotten stronger in the last 7 weeks and it has been amazing. I had no idea what I was doing in the beginning and I could barely make it through. Now, griping aside (lol), I finish strong. I have been training with Cortney for several years. He is extremely reliable and punctual. A complete professional, but personable as well. He is exceptional at tayloring the work for the individual's goals and abilities. He will push you to improve with your long term health and strength in mind without pushing you past what is safe for you. He is excellent and I have recommended him to everyone I encounter who may be looking for a trainer.
