- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually price by the room, rather than by the square foot. I will do my best to estimate your cost based on the square footage range that you provide, but your actual cost may be slightly different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we can speak on the phone, I will confirm all the work you need done and give you a more accurate price quote. I may ask for pictures of the work that you need me to do, and then I will schedule a time to come out and perform the service for you.
