We are the only pool table service company that handles the Antelope Valley, Lancaster, Palmdale, Quartz Hill, Rosamond and the San Fernando Valley. Bill and his team took great care of our pool table, including taking it apart and setting it up in our new home. We also ordered new felt for the table and had him install that. He was prompt and offered great value for money. We would recommend him to anyone that wants their pool table moved.

The table looks like a football field. Creases could have been stretched out. He didn't lift the slate when he re-did the cloth.

First of all we did lift the slate up. Your issues are a direct result of the type of cheap cloth purchased not the installation. I only recommend and use Championship felt or Simonis cloth for quality assurance. I can't held responsible for the cheap cloth YOU purchased.

Roccaworks should own up to they’re Mistakes . I Paid 500$ , for a customer / homeowner-as a gift to re felt the Pool table . I didn’t look at the Work carefully After it was done in like a fool just paid. When the owner of the Pool Table did look into the work and details. They noticed the felt in each pocket was loose, there was overspray on the pool table and brand new wood floors. There was a hole that can’t be covered on the side of one of the pockets there was a whole mess of staples underneath each pocket some of them even loose he doesn’t do detail work. He is definitely not any kind of specialist. I would never hire this guy period My mistake DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. Bill I Texted you these photos the same day you provided the service and you never replied. You replied a month later when I attempted to contact you again. I was kind enough to allow you to come back and look at your mistakes but you won’t own up to them. Now I have to Re hire someone else to do the job right .

I have been working with pool tables and custom wood working for over 30 years. My family used to owned Breaktime Billiards and I was the only installer for over 14 years, but we closed down the retail location. I continue to still service customer's tables with my two sons
