Non-contract 8/5 business days - $120 per hour with 15 minute minimum for remote support, 1 hour minimum onsite. Annual Contract providing 24/7/365 support - minimum $330 per month and $30 per user or device whichever is highest.

Interview by phone and then, if close by, onsite visit.

Cloud Telephony - Transformed company from onsite telephone system to Cloud telephone through FreedomVoice. Involved four locations. Took approximately two months from agreement to implement to full integration.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do a needs assesment, then interview first by phone and then in person after review of references. Do background check and always ask about insurance.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Individuals - Do I have all the information about my computer and Internet connection.
Companies - Do I have an Admin Guide or access to all IT information.
