What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone comes from a different situation, a different experience in life and we meet clients where they are in their own experience. Generally each session contains four elements. We introduce ourselves and our background, then we learn about the client's background and what brings them in for counseling. And we give a tool that they can practice during the time until the next appointment.
